Title: Mrs. Fields Black and Whites

2 1/4cAll-purpose flour
1/2cUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/2tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1cDark brown sugar, firmly
  Packed
3/4cWhite sugar
1cSalted butter, softened
3 Large eggs
2tsPure vanilla extract
1cSemisweet chocolate bar,
  Coarsely chopped
1cWhite chocolate bar,
  Coarsely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2. In medium bowl combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Mix well with a wire wisk. Set aside.

3. Blend sugars in a large bowl using an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until smooth.

4. Add the flour mixture and chocolates, and blend at low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
